What to Bring

  • Bring a positive attitude, an open heart and mind, you are going to be surrounded by love and understanding; let all expectations at the airport; connect with your inner-self.  You are coming here to relax, reconnect and rejuvenate.
  • Delicious Breakfast and lunch will be provided, but if you have specific meal needs, please bring your own.
  • Wear comfortable clothes, and shoes, finally a place that you don’t need makeup!
  • Yoga mat or large towel (participation is optional).

Dinner – Individual Choice

    I am currently living in LV, and would love to participate in a workshop when you’re in the area! Red Rocks is ahhmazing:)

    I am here in South FL, for a visit, until the 6th of March. I am planning to re-locate here this Fall, and am very drawn to your Sanctuary.

    I am also a Young Living distributor, and incorporate the Rain Drop technique in my toolbox.

    Please tell me what your asking donation is for yoga practice. Are you running a 5-class special at this time?

    • Hi Phoenix,

      We are a team of motivational consultants who put together a women’s retreat once a year. We’re not a yoga practice, or studio, sorry! Please subscribe to our RSS feed so that you can stay posted on the next available retreat. Each morning of the retreat, we start our day with an invigorating yoga session, but aside from that, it’s all training, workshops, and fellowship. Thanks for leaving a reply! – KC
